All customers pay a base monthly account fee. In addition to the base account fee they can purchase packages of included calls at a discounted rate. If they exceed the calls in their selected package, those are considered "over calls" and are billed at the "over call rate listed". You are never locked in to one package- We do allow you to flex your packages as needed to meet your seasonal needs.
